Polished Pearls

Polished Pearls is a mentorship program dedicated to empowering girls aged 9-17. Established in November 2017 under ACE, the program is designed to ensure that every "pearl girl" feels empowered, cherished, strong, and invaluable.

Our group meets monthly for two-hour sessions filled with learning, growth, and support. Beyond our regular meetings, we are committed to celebrating and uplifting our pearls by attending their outside events and performances whenever possible.

Some benefits of participating in our mentorship program we educate our young pearls with the keys of empowerment to:

• Build confidence and self esteem

• Learn social graces and etiquette

• Develop Emotional Intelligence and how to deal with obstacles

• Effectively communicate

• Career Connect, learn and practice leadership skills

• Develop Financial Literacy skills

• Give-Back, community service

• Develop lasting friendship

Our team is dedicated to addressing the various challenges and concerns our pearls may encounter, such as bullying, personal hygiene, anger and time management, life skills, and much more. As the Bible teaches us in Proverbs 22:6 (NKJV): "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

There is NO membership fee to join Polished Pearls Mentorship. The only requirement is to complete the application form. However, we kindly request each pearl to purchase a “Girls with Pearls” T-shirt for $20. Additional costs may arise for optional activities such as outside events or field trips.

We strongly believe in being a positive present influence in the lives of our pearls.
